We provide advice on the preparation of Wills and what is required so that your wishes can be easily understood and implemented by your Executors.  People often worry about having a Will put in place but our experience is that it is usually better to have this put in place to avoid unnecessary complications and expense if there are no legal arrangements.  It is not expensive to have a Will prepared, approved and executed.  We take a holistic approach in this area and if appropriate will recommend the individual take financial advice to ensure no unnecessary tax becomes due at some point in the future.
